Dr. Anna Whicher is Associate Research Director and Head of Policy Design at PDR – design and research centre at Cardiff Metropolitan University. She is currently establishing a lab in a UK government department and has published research on policy labs and design for policy in the UK. Anna is an accredited master service design trainer with the Service Design Network and a member of BEDA – Bureau of European Design Associations.
