Benson is an Associate Professor of Graphic Design at the University of Illinois. He researches design utopias (systems thinking) and dystopias (climate fiction hopepunk). Two of his most prolific works are the Fresh Press Agri-Fiber Paper Making Lab and (link: re-nourish.com text: Re-nourish).
