Prof. Sabine Junginger (PhD) heads the Competence Center for Design & Management at HSLU. She is internationally recognised for her work on principles, methods and processes of human-centered design in the context of organizational change, policy-making and public sector innovation. She is interested in enabling citizen participation/engagement and the creation of public value, especially in the context of the digital transformation and AI. She is the primary investigator for the four-year interdisciplinary SNF research project VA PEPR, which looks into how people experience voice assistants inn everyday life and develop new practices and routines around their use.
